ABOUT ME

Hi everyone!

I am a regular girl and a bit crazy, the same as everyone! I try to be always positive. I like to see, appreciate and enjoy the little signs and details of life.

My family and good friends are veeeeery important to me. That's why I'm constantly missing someone or feeling homesick, because I keep traveling, moving and leaving important people behind.

I really like to party, but with the passage of time I'm becoming more and more quiet. Actually I am usually quite calm and peaceful .

I really appreciate to have any meal of the day with friends as a plan at home. I am vegetarian too, that's why, sometimes, I become a problem when I go eating out! :-S

I like playing games with family and friends andto cycle everywhere . In fact, I've never had a car, but bikes!I also love animals. I've always had dogs at home. and now I have a cat who I am in love with.

I really really love all kind of sweet things (I know it's not healthy but... I idolize sugar)!

I consider very important human relationships, to talk to each other and take things out to release the load in your mind, the good treatments and the good education.

When I get older I just want to teach, make art in any way (painting, crafting...) and keep bellydancing and travelling. We'll see what future brings!

PHILOSOPHY

It is not worth to live a demanding life, to spend all your time busy with important things, working, being stressed,competing or being worried about money...You Only Live Once..son I would tell everybody: Learn, enjoy, dance, read, smile, take care of your body, sing, love, travel, be nice with the others, do your hobbies, sunbathe,think by yourself, laugh a lot, play, help, be curious, take care of your family and friends.....try to BE HAPPY and the most important thing: HAVE FUN. I mean it. Seriously!!! :-D

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment, I'am not able to host anyone at home, unfortunately. I hope I will, in any other moment of my life. However, I would love to meet any couchsurfer in Amsterdam, to have a chat, a coffee or just an exchange of interesting information and have fun!! I also would like to surf in as many countries as possible!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't got too many experiences in couchsurfing yet. But I have met a friend's couchsurfers in Mallorca and in Las Palmas. My friends and I had a great summertime with them, taking them to our local and favourites areas and bars from the city, and exchanging curiosities from each culture. I also stayed as a couchsurfer in Belgium for a few days at a very nice guy's house. Ah! And 5 days in a boat in Noord Amsterdam!

Interests

I want to dedicate my life to teach my mother tongue: Spanish. I also enjoy travelling, to get to know other countries, other people and different cultures; Listening to music (of course) and playing guitar a little bit (just to have fun with family-friends, not professionally); To learn languages; Drawing and painting; Craftsmanship (I've got my own made with polymer clay; Bellydancing (I hope to dance until I get old!!);To do exercise (playing volleyball, running at the park, roller skating or just playing games); I love reading, chilling out, watching movies and....THE SUN, THE SEA AND THE BEACH!!!! :-D

Films: LIfe is beautiful, The Lord Of The Rings, Hair...so many from all genres!

Music:Indian, Arabian, Balkanic, Celtic music (all kinds of ethnic music), chill out, reggae, rock, indie, rockabilly, ska, classic, drum&bass, jungle, minimal, pop....bbrrr and all these styles fussioned with others!!!

Some of my favourite bands: The Beatles, Kiss, The Who, Gorillaz, Radiohead, AC/DC, Skatalites, Eric Johnson, Mike Oldfield, JAck Johnson, Junip, Walk Off THe Earth, Sublime, The XX, Bob Marley, La Phaze, Prodigy, Fito&Fitipaldis, Ska-P, Platero y Tu, Los Delinqüentes, Joaquin SAbina....and a loooong etc.

Books: saga Earth's Children, JEAN M. AUEL; The Three Sirens, Irving WALLACE; Sophie's World, JOSTEIN GAARDER; Siddhartha, HERMANN HESSE; Caballo de Troya, J.J. BENITEZ. I've also enjoyed and I would recommend a few books from Dickens, Jorge Bucay and Paulo Coelho.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- Finishing my degree :-)
- El Camino de Santiago (one of the most important pilgrimages in Spain) .
- I don't know how to ski...but I did it for 5 days when I was a teenager, and it was amazing!!!!
- To learn for two days how to do body boarding :-p
- To watch the most beautiful and magic sunset in Cabo de San Vicente, the last corner of the peninsula in Portugal, with the open wide Atlantic Ocean as far as the eye can see.

Teach, Learn, Share

What could I share with you in my country or in yours???

- I could teach you Spanish and you teach me your language.
- We can go to our favourite bars or pubs.
- Go somewhere beautiful in the nature.
- An exchange of knowledge about art, draws, paintings, handicrafts...
