I am a Mexican student , I'm studying Mecatronics engineering , and I studied in Bilbao for a couple of months until July 2016. I'm very clean and neat, I usually don't drink, but I don't reject a drink once in a while. I´m a very determined person, I always achieve my goals, no matter how hard I have to work, I think that is the main reason why I am here, in Europe. When I like something, I do it with passion, I love doing exercise, bodyweight workout, and I really like engineering and tehnology. I considered myself a positive and optimistic person I always look for the brigth side. Lately I've discovered that I like learning new languages, because you can meet new people and share expeirences, know about new cultures and customs. I strongly believed that traveling and meeting new people make you a better person, broaden your mind your horizons. I dare to quote this: "If you talk to a man in a language he understands, that goes to his head. If you talk to him in his own language, that goes to his heart", I think its true, at least when an Italian, or an Austrian or a Morrocan talk to me in Spanish or even in Mexicanish XD.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I haven't traveld a lot but I would like to, I want to meet new people, learn from you Couchsurfers, from your experiences. During my time in Bilbao I've met people from all over the world, and they have changed the way I see the world. And I want to keep learning new things, new points of view.

Interests

I love bodyweight workout, I practice it almost everyday, I also play fronton, I enjoy watching soccer, football and basketball despite I'm not very good at them. I like technology, all the things that are invented everyday amazed me, by the way I like Marvel movies, specially Ironman's :). I really enjoy riding my bicycle, for my is relaxing, healthy and green. I'm fond of dacing latin music, such as salsa, cumbia, bachata, I'm still learning but I enjoy it a lot.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love Mägo de Oz, a Spanish rock band , but I also listen to 70´s, 80's rock, salsa, bachata, and lately some German groups. I like animated and super heroes movies.
In my free time I like reading in Spanish, English or German, action novels are my favorite, and sometimes I just feel like seeing a movie. I'm a very hyperactive person, I just can´t sit down or lay down and do nothing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I'm not sure if this counts, but a couple of months ago was my first time skiing, and I felled too many times that I lost count, but I passed from absolute beginner to a blue slope one-piece skier in one day.

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn about new cultures, languages slangs, customs, tradiocional celebrations, food. I want to practice my English and my German. I can show you the mexican culture, or some dance steps and turns or if you prefer some exercise routines, and share some tips about cooking, dancing, exercise, traveling, books, technology.
