About Me

Well, here we are again, words and sentences, trying to paint a portrait. Hmm.....well I smile a lot :). Happy soul. I'm very easygoing, pretty much always relaxed and in a good mood, I like to focus on the positive. I chose my profession because I wanted to help people but beyond that I just really like people, and meeting new people is interesting to me. I'm a polite, professional person, and I'll always be very respectful and considerate of other's needs, especially when being invited into someone's home. I can also offer a nice guided meditation if you want help relaxing and would like to try or already enjoy meditation

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like the concept, staying with someone, it's a great way to travel and meet new people. I'm always up for an adventure, I don't really consider the word "no" if I'm available. I see life as a learning experience and the more we do and the more people we meet, the better. Making connections is one of the best things in life

Music, Movies, and Books

I am Legend, Jurassic Park, Mad Max Fury Road, Alien/Aliens.

Daft Punk, Johnny Cash Red Hot Chili Peppers, Kasabian, beyond those I just like individual songs, Sail by Awolnation, Run boy, run by Woodkid etc. I like most musics, especially something new to me.

Gates of Fire and World War Z are good book, the only ones that come to mind at the moment, I don't read as often any more

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Survive with a smile? Haha. I'm grateful enough to have that, but I guess when I was 15 volunteering with the elderly in Lourdes, mostly because it set me on the path I'm on. It was the first time I realised I wanted to work with and help people, and maybe the first time I realised how much I like people, which was really important in my development. Amazing experience, highly recommend it.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a huge wealth of psycho-education knowledge, happy to share and be a resource if needed

I also have a lot of stories from my time studying, the prank wars definitely got out of hand...

I'm a good listener, enjoy conversation, keen to engage. I can also train with you if you'd like to do something in that regard, and as mentioned, I can offer guided meditation.

I like musical nights but only have 2 songs to sing and beyond that just a party trick. I do know some good party games
