ABOUT ME

I move from my heart and the wisdom of the moment. I'm honest, direct, and softly but powerfully spoken. I keep myself busy with many projects, while at the same time always give space to hang with friends, share a meal, and otherwise be available. My wife and I recently moved from Bali (after 16 years living there) to Europe.

I often travel as I tour and give workshops around the world on listening to and moving from the heart. I enjoy staying with and meeting new people, rather than staying at hotels. It is also a way for me to continue to connect with more people whom I can learn from and share with.

Intereses

Community, connection, and inspiration. Most activities that have a component of connection will draw my attention - such as dancing, acro-yoga, capoeira, chatting in cafe's.

In New Zealand, I was invited to stay on sacred Maori grounds and to participate and assist in healing people from the community.

In Panama, I trekked solo (other than my two 9-year old guides) into the jungle and stayed in their village deep in the rainforest for a few days.

I have committed to a full year in silent practice in 2012. I continued to live my usual life with travel and coaching and even holding workshops, but in it all I didn't speak for 365 days. And then I did it again in 2016.

I am a public speaker, giving keynote talks for private groups as well as corporations. I focus on communication, leadership, relationships, and practical wisdom.

Also, as part of my mission, I coach and support people in 1-1 sessions to empower and open their hearts, find safety in their nervous systems, and open possibilities in their lives.
