I am a French PhD student working at a maths lab called LAMA (how cool is that!?) in the French Alps. I grew up in the Alps too, and I always appreciate when I see mountains around.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I actually never hosted anyone through Couchsurfing, nor have I been to anyone's place. However I am planing to start using this service as I am eager to meet new people and discover new places. I love to travel, and my job offers me the opportunity to go many places where I hope I will find Couchsurfing opportunities.

Interests

I'm interested in many things! Science is one, computer programming is another, but I am also interested in cultural things, and even sports (even if I do not practice much anymore): rugby, skiing, mountain-biking mainly.

Tolkien is my favorite author, even if one of my favorite series of book is "The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy". I love to listen to music, mostly classical music currently, but I can listen to anything.
