About Me

My girlfriend (25) an I (25) are travelling the world, looking forward to expolore new places, cultures, meeting new people and enjoying life.

I played the piano and studied economics at univeristy while Mica teached sports at high school and volunteered with disabled persons.

We are happiest meeting and interacting with all kinds of people, especially kids and teenagers! We love working hands-on, spending a lot of time out side, learning new skills and trying different things.
We both are native Spanish speakers and are fluent English speakers.

Music, Movies, and Books

*MUSIC*

I play the piano since I was 5 years old and studied music composition and harmony as well. I used to sing in several choirs and played keys on a reggae band.

I used to manage and produce a big musical ensemble (big band/orchestra + dancers + solo singers + choir + band) in Uruguay.

Favorite artists: Stevie Wonder; Earth, Wind & Fire.

*BOOKS*

I love reading novels but I do not have any preferences nor favorite genders/writers.

The part I enjoy most about reading is being able to transport myself into a completely different word within seconds of grabbing a great book.

A book that I loved:
"La sombra del viento" - Carlos Ruiz Zafón
"Foundation trilogy" - Isaac Asimov

*MOVIES*

I was never a movie fan after some friends who I used to longboard (skate) with started studying communications and filming some years ago.
After a couple of recommendations and comments I started to become more and more interested in the industry.

We even co-founded a longboarding team. Once a week we used to go for a ride round the city and discuss a particular film with various approaches - historical, critical, theoretical.

Some directors I really enjoy:
Stanley Kubrick
David Lynch
Paul Thomas Anderson
Lars Von Trier

Some music composers I love:
John Williams
Hans Zimmer
James Horner
Ennio Morricone
