Overview
About Me
A Brazilian guy who did a bit of Law School in Brazil and only then found out he wanted nothing to do with that and went to spend some time in China with his father.
In China, I ended up studying Business in an all English course for foreigner while I worked as a trader, sending products to another countries (mainly Brazil).
After graduating, due to family stuff I moved back to Brazil.
In China i made a bunch of friends from all over the world, and nowadays i make one of my goals to every chance I get, to meet some of them (wherever they are) during my work holidays.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Hostels are cheaper than Hotels, however they sitll hold some weight in a low budget trip, and this is the main reason I decided to try out the Couchsurfing, that and the fact that some friends of mine already received a few people in their house (got to meet some) and it was pretty cool.
Another adding perk, is that now I might be able to accept some couchsurfers in my place in Brazil.
Besides these points there is the fact that sometimes traveling by yourself can be boring, so why not meet new people? During my travels and life in China, I learned a lot from people with different cultures and it broaden my understanding of the world and the way i live my life.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music: I was a rocler kid, but as I grew older I developed theory, which is: all kinds of music are good and can be aprecciated, you just need the right time for it, and by time i mean situation!
Movies: I used to watch a loooot of movies, nowadyas, i haven't got the time to the heavier stuff, but I'm a fan f Pacino, Brolin, De Niro and so on.... except that now... I'm more into series...
Books: Lost the count of how many books i've read, I like manly novels, most of the time the longer the story told the best. Since i enjoy fantasy books, my favorite book ever is a 14 books series called The Wheel of Time, followed by The Lord of The Rings and Musashi... Getting out of the fantasy deal i loved the Milleniun Series and i reeaaaally like John Grisham and James Patterson.
