Update 2024

Traveling arround the world since 11th of August with my
future wife Pilar. Planing for a year of travel and maybe
settle some place else in this big world. We sold everything
and packed our dreams, hopes and clothes in cabin bag.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visit Stonehenge, machu picchu, chichen itza, Nara Daibutsu 15mts tall, coliseum.
Slept (survive) at -35°C with no equipment.
Rafting in the biggest river of chile.
Visited a cave 100 mts down with no lights and then hear the silence in brasil.
pass throw a RED zone in colombia and wait for police escort.

as a chef i can teach you my Chilean traditional food or international foods. so i'm an open book but not just for cook, includes every part of my knowledge.
