CURRENT MISSION

I am trying to realize myself. I'am working on me, deeply and deeply. Yoga helps my body, meditation helps me to find the silence, when i am able to sit in my silence i can listen and i can see. I can listen to my heart and i can see what i really am.

Shiatsu (a japanese treatment), Sat Nam Rasayan (an healing meditation), Reiki, are the mains instruments that i use to Help the others.

I am a disciple of Paramahansa Yogananda, i practice Krya Yoga.
Sometimes i practice Ashtanga yoga or hatha yoga.

I love mountains, see, and the nature, i like sports and have fun with friends.

Spirituality is important for me, and i think the experience of our soul is really connected to our body, so spirituality is practice!! is my life, my mind, my emotion and my body. So in every moment there is me. Life is our way to grow, to emancipate our soul. The way to be free is not an escape to this world, but is a way to embrace it.

ABOUT TRAVEL:

I don't wanna stay hold, there are too many thinks too see in the world, and i'am thinking that our time is not enought..so why stop? i am interested to knew new pepole, expecially when i travel i love enter in touch with the pepole of the place. I am interested in all the thinks that for me are new.
