I have been living in New York City for about 11 years. Before that, I lived in Beijing for my undergraduate studies and the first chapter of my professional career. My hometown is Luzhou, Sichuan, China, a nice little southwestern town where you can find the most famous Chinese liquor.

Now, I'm working at a performing arts university in New York City as an International Outreach person, where I can travel internationally to meet talented students.

Life is not easy in various ways, but how to live with it is totally in my hand.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

That was in 2007; one of my friends introduced CS and made me join an amazing event in Beijing. I was thinking ..yes.. why not..it's a good chance to practice English though. After the salsa event, as long as I meet a new person who likes travel and wishes to provide convenience to other peers, I would love to share my CS experiences with them. I hope the friends surrounding me will participate there.

Ayahuasca in the Amazon Peru; hiked 7 days of Inca trial; traveled alone in West Africa for three weeks; also tried to cook things that I have never seen before.
