About Me
Take nothing but memories, leave nothing but footprints!
Just finished my mechanical engineering studies. To give something back to the planet and nature I love so much I will try to protect and conserve the oceans and there inhabitants as part of the Sea Shepherd Crew in Mexico.
As mentioned I love the nature so usually you find me in the national parks of this world hiking, camping, snowboarding, ... name it.
I am 100% extrovert, Vegetarian, Eco-Warrior. I try to live as sustainable as I can, but I am not super strict. I hitchhike, dumpster dive and love humans. So you don't need to meet one of those criteria to be accepted and respected. You just need to be awesome ;)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The first time I did couchsurfing to be honest was probably to save money. But from the very first time I realized couchsurfing is way more than that. It is visiting friends you don't know yet. It is meeting locals instead of other travellers and I think this makes a big difference if you want to get to know the places you visit.
So meanwhile more the 10 people who hosted me, came to visit me back in Germany. With a couple of them I was even able to travel around and I became the best man at the wedding of my very first host. These people are real friends now!
Interests
As mentioned before I really love the nature so everything outside I will join! Also board games or moves will be fine though ;) Since this planet offered so many good things to me already, one goal is now to use my profession to give something back. So I participate at Engineers without Boarders Karlsruhe and Sea Shepherd.

Music, Movies, and Books
I hate this section since I am usually open to anything, but not very passionate about something specific.
Movies: Lord of the rings, STAR WARS,....
Books: Thriller
Music: 80ies/90ies, Pop/Rock, Iries Revoltes
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Diving is just an amazing thing. It can be like jumping into an aquarium full of life. Sharks, Manta Rays, Turtles,... to see these animals in their natural environment makes just speechless, or is it because there is something in your mouth :D
Also seeing people and kids in the poorest countries smiling way more than the people in the western world enlightens a lot!
Teach, Learn, Share
Depends were we meet ;)
Snowboarding for example or riding a tractor is a thing I could share, but also enjoying the nature.
Hitchhiking, Dumpsterdiving. Anything crazy and funny I will be down for ;)
What I Can Share with Hosts
The expierences of trips all around this planet. Maybe I can help to fix some stuff at the house/car/... I sometimes try to cook for my hosts but don't expect too much ;)
