About Me

I'm 31 years old and I love to take short travels of 2 or 3 days. Walking through the cities without data on my smartphone is the best thing I've been doing in my travels. Usually, I get a bit (or sometimes completely) lost with a paper Map in my hands, but that's always so much fun afterward; The things I didn't plan to do or see were worthwhile!
At the moment I'm studying in Germany where I do Master in Digital Engineering (don't worry! I won't bother you with boring stuff) and I'm learning German at the same time. I'm leaving in a small but historic city in Germany called Weimar. My room is quite small but YOU are most welcome to come and stay for a few nights and share histories with me.
That is another thing I love about to travel, knowing people. You know why? Some years ago when I was learning English in Ireland I read this amazing book called Sum: Tales from afterlives, which has one AMAZING short story that I keep remembering till nowadays. The title of this short tale is Circle of Friends. The abstract of this tale is that when we die actually we will awake like a normal day! We're gonna work and do the same traject as we normally have done during our "life", but you notice something different, the streets are almost empty, no traffic, no hospitals running 27/7 and so on, the only place seems to be the same is your work... So, you discovered the afterlife that you're living on is in the same world, however, the population of earth is reduced to only those people whom you have known in life (you knew everyone at work ;p)... Long story short and brilliant tale's end; 'The missing crowds make you lonely. You begin to complain about all the people you could be meeting. But no one listens or sympathizes with you, because this is precisely what you chose when you were alive.'
I don't wanna be this guy! PLEASE, HELP ME OUT ;)
