I am 45 years old, and retired from the U.S. Army.I have been traveling around the world and while doing so I meet a girl in thailand and got married and now living in thailand but still traveling.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I go to local cs events in my area and have organized two of them. I also look forward to gaining some real couch surfing Experience while traveling,and As soon as I get a couch of my own I will host as well.

Interests

I like reading a good book, traveling, visiting historical places, visiting temples, photography, making new friends, cooking, trying new foods, adventure, hiking, camping, canoeing, kayaking, and just spending time in peace with nature.

Favorite movies: Legends of the Fall,Fearless,The Unforgiven, and a Korean mini series (Arang and the Magistrate-아랑사또전) .-Favorite Books: The Old Man and The Sea, Into The Wild,and Robinson Crusoe- Favorite music: I love to learn about and to listen to various traditional music from other cultures around the world.

I am impressed mostly with the beauty of nature and the peaceful structures of our past.

I like to meet people who have stories and adventures to share. I am a great cook and love to cook with others. I think the best teacher is living a full life and sharing our experiences with each other.
