HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

'Stumbled-upon'(a Firefox plugin) the site a few years back. Never joined when I discovered the site because I can't host nor surf back then. Recently joined (2009) due to the fact that I have almost a year of time to kill back in my hometown.

What is better than spending time and hosting total strangers who e-mailed you online? xD

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I travelled with the 1st person I hosted. It was fun!

Travelled to the mountains with 2 CSurfers and a car with failing brakes! We nearly die OMG!

Surfed a couch without requesting for one! (THANK YOU CS MANILA - RED COUCH EXPERIENCE)

Hosted a Polish couple whom travelled by hitchhiking! (ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE MY FRIENDS!!!)

Sustainability of the earth, Socialism, politics, world issues, economics, arts and culture, music, theatre, performing arts, travelling, long drives, aquascaping, fishkeeping, learning new things, gaming, meeting new people, relaxing, karaoke, getting high, hanging out. =)

Trance; Psytrance; Goa Trance; Techno; Ambient; Down-tempo; Progressive Trance/House; EDM; Dubstep; electronic music in general; Classic Rock; Rock; Alt-Rock; Psychedelic Rock; Reggae; Malay, Tagalog, Japanese and most 80s-90s Canto/Mandarin Pop. That's what I have in my PC now, but I do listen to a lot of genres, from classical music to Japanese Enka!

I like books that explores and analyses the human psyche.

Movies? Well, too many to mention here. =)
