ABOUT ME

Just come to know me as a busy (work/study/hobbies routine) but laidback person; I am interested in my guests, pleased when I can help out, and thankful for mutual respect.
I have been living in Nijmegen for as much as 13 years now, so I can help you around the city (as well as other parts of Holland/Belgium) or get you in contact with others.

Music (I play bass in this band Kayser Karel and learning to master double bass on the side), social studies, loving art (product design), climbing, basketball, woodworking, coffee and chats..

Music, Movies, and Books

Love a lot and not bounded by genre or style, it has to be genuine though.

Starting with music: jazz (Charles Mingus to Aka Moon), singersongwriter (Fionn Regan), rock (Evil Superstars, Mauro to Broken Social Scene) and ending somewhere in the far-out corners of experimental/eclectic/electric music (love drum 'n bass and soundscape/new sound compositions).

Books: Saul Bellow, Zamyatin, Douglas Adams, Rodenko, seems that russian/jewish migrates have my interest, and discovering the dutch poetry.

Movies: Art house and docs, though a badly written movie will make a great evening as well.
