Overview
About Me
I am yet another girl you would meet on the streets of India, with one small difference - I always ask why not. I strongly believe that we will regret the things we didn't do than the ones we did. So, I live my life the way my mind dictates.
Unfortunately I am not in a position to host right now, but I would love to meet for a coffee anytime!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing is probably the best way to meet new people from different cultures and interact with the locals, eat and live the way they do.
Interests
I love meeting new people, traveling, learning new cultures, photography and volunteering. I am very interested in history and geography of different countries, and in recent times, I find myself obsess more and more about sustainable life practices. I am trying to be a minimalist, with zero waste life style and also an almost vegan.

Music, Movies, and Books
I actually get those weird looks when I tell people that I don't really listen to music. I like thinking while traveling and music becomes distracting. (or so I think)
I am not big on movies but books are my absolute favorite - from Dan Brown to Enid Blyton I read a wide range of books. My favorite travel collection so far is books from each country I visit!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Working in Syrian refugee camps in Turkey and Greece during the summer of 2016.
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you some cool yoga poses ! Growing up in south India, I have learnt yoga for a while and I love teaching :) I am a decent cook, and I like trying new recipes! We can definitely spend some time making some curry!
I would love to learn about anything and everything! I believe every single person I meet have something to share.
What I Can Share with Hosts
More about Indian culture, my travel stories and the perspective of an Indian woman trying to break out from the clutches of the culture..
