ABOUT ME

My name is Rok and I`m a PhD student of Biomedicine. Apart from my passion of research I love travelling and discovering new cultures. I have already travelled to many European countries and Indonesia and this year I am planning to travel to California. I have also lived and studied for some time in Belgium.

I also like photography, learning new languages, different sports, etc. I enjoy good quality movies with deeper meaning (especially drama genre) and am more of an alternative music fan. I find myself as a really comunicative, open-minded, positive and energetic person. Being interested in many things, I am always on a pursue of trying new things.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I have visited most of European countries and have gained some couchsufing experience. I have been hosted by couchsurfers from Germany, Belgium, France and Portugal. With each one it was a special positive experience. I find it great to connect with the local and to get to know new places in a different, less »touristy« way.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have done some couchsurfing in Portugal, France, Belgium and Germany till now and it was great. Still havent hosted, but as soon as I get proper accomodation I am intending to.
