About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Kicking asses & taking names

ABOUT ME

I'm not very representative of the general public that dominates this town (village?). I share my apartment with a friend. Third floor, no elevator or porter, lots of steps. The house chef is only capable of cooking instant noodles. No personal driver that you can use and the only swimming facility at your disposal is the beach or the public swimming pool that costs 2.7eur per visit. Not everything is that reasonably priced here. You get to use an IKEA couch, which is in fact much better than my broken bed, therefore signs of appreciation are expected to be seen. It's hard to make a big selling point out of an apartment location in a one square mile country, however let's put it like this: if you lose your house and your wife in the grand casino, it's convenient to drop by the place to have the last shot of tequila before you jump off the cliff.

Interests

I'm very much into looking for underlying drivers that shape this world even though it's easier said than done. My work is very much related to this subject therefore I devote a fair share of my time to it. To a broader extent this includes economics, markets and human minds. I'm also very much into sports. For the time being this includes jogging, exercising, swimming, snowboarding, kitesurfing. None of these things might be on the list by the time you get a chance to meet me. I also try to watch what I eat and I have a motorcycle that I'm really proud of. You may expect to be given a ride. Maybe even an opportunity to drive it unless you're a girl or don't seem trustworthy enough. No offence, please...

I'm not very outgoing at this stage of life, besides clubbing in Monaco can suck big time. There are only so many places to choose from, they all play the same music (this is not an overstatement, trust me on this one), not too many normal people go there, they tend to be empty or overcrowded and I'm out of ideas on how to trick the face control system in a few selected ones. However if you decide to take the Monegasque entertainment hub by storm, I may make an exception and join you or at least provide some tips. It does not get any better then during the week of F-1 race and it's pretty busy all summer as well.

Music, Movies, and Books

They stopped making good movies so I stopped watching them. They can make pretty decent series, but than i can't stop watching them so i don't even start. As for the music I am still able to reach my spiritual nirvana whenever i find something i really like. You can go check "let go" by frou frou - my high school crush. Disclaimer: I like to think that my range of music styles is fairly wide however every now and then I find myself quite intolerant towards the music that i do not consider noteworthy. This includes "over the top" versions of jazz... I'm not the Master Yoda of books, but i try to devote more time to them these days. My shelf contains cheesy self improvement stuff, pop science, professional reading, as well as some fiction with sharp wit to it.
