I founded and run AIDSfreeAFRICA a non-profit organization which goal it is to help African countries to produce pharmaceutical drugs locally. So far we have beeing working in Cameroon, but are ready to look elsewhere thus I am in South Africa now, where I also attended the AIDS conference

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am a Servas member since 1989 and enjoy it much. However, young people are online - and couchserfing surely has more members and an easier platform to connect. It is a great alternative to Servas.

Interests

I dance - Waltz, Swing, do Yoga, hike, ski. Of course everything about Africa grabs my attention. Travel, meet people, public speaking engagement.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The day I met my mother. I had traveled to East Germany, found my sister and met my mom.
The day I went across the stage at the New York City Manhattan Center to pick up my Doctor Certification.
The day I hiked the Grand Canyon and Havasupai Canyon.
