ABOUT ME
Hi!

My name is Roland, I'm Hungarian but I was born and grew up in the west side of Romania. During my childhood and teenage years I practiced many sports and this is when I started loving traveling. After graduating in economics, I lived in Austria for some time, then moved to Budapest for 4 years working in IT, and after that, ended up in Belgium doing project management for the biggest beer company in the world. All these experiences made me an easy going, curious and open minded person.

If by this point Dear Reader you have the impression that I like changes, adventures and learning new things you are right! I enjoy new challenges in any field of my life thus some time ago I decided to travel around the world and try to make a living from freelance jobs. Being an open minded person at this point my interests are mountain sports, coding, e-commerce, sustainable living, photography and videography.

In my spare time I try to read as much as possible so I like to share new ideas I learn about with others. My passion projects for the next year are making a: sustainable house out of shipping containers, a camper van, a few mobile apps, a few online businesses.

I have hosted more times and have been as a surfer once in Barcelona.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy watching horror movies, comedies, action and drama. I like a movie that makes me think. Regarding music, I am into electronic music, but depending on my mood I listen to jazz, alternative rock, raggae.
I like to spend my spare time with reading.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the most amazing things I have seen was the Aurora in 2012 in Nordkapp, Norway.
One of the best I allways do is ride my motorbike and my new hobby cliff climbing.
