Born and raised on Sint Maarten, I'm 22 and currently a student living in Utrecht. I study Creative Business where i'm hoping to learn a lot more about the evolving, more modern world we live in so that I can use that knowledge to try and do something good for the world. I don't know what my exact desire or purpose is yet, but I have some ideas and i'm hoping to figure it out on my journey of living in the Netherlands.

I'm a huge foodie and I love cooking, baking, cycling, hiking (or anything that involves nature), CrossFit, bouldering, having spontaneous adventures, deep conversations, opening up to people to the point where you both are comfortable enough to let anything out and that feeling of happiness that comes from that kind of connection.

I'm passionate about veganism and being zero (well, minimal) waste, and i'm constantly looking for new ways to better my impact on this planet and for the people on it. I believe you can learn something new from everyone, so I genuinely enjoy hearing different perspectives from people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Like most people here, I think your experience traveling changes drastically when you stay with locals. So far, I've only had amazing experiences. Everyone I've met has been genuine, kind and fun. I'm hoping for more experiences like these and more connections like the ones I've already made.

I listen to quite a wide range of music, but I guess the top genres I can think of that I listen to are indie, slow rock, alternative, RnB, dancehall, reggae, a little bit of soca, and hip-hop.

My favorite movies would probably be ones based on a true story, romantic comedies, comedies, thrillers, and/or dramas.

I'm interested in "self-improvement" and sometimes spiritual books.
