Overview
About Me
I was lucky enough to live abroad, in Canada and Singapore, and to have travelled a lot as a kid, and I have developped a strong taste for travels, discovering new cultures and learning new languages.
Joyful and insatiable curious, I have loved reading ever since I learned how to, I always enjoy a good movie, I spend a lot of time listening to music, and of course I consider good cuisine to be one of the great essentials in life.
Fond of conversations, I love having long after-dinner talks that stretch on well into the night, along with a good beer, a bottle of wine or even a cup of mint-tea, mind you, I'm a great fan of the arabic culture as well...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on couchsurfing because I discovered it not long ago, and it struck me as the best way to travel ! It's amazing to be able to experience the hospitality of the people in the host country, and to compare your vision of their country with their own firsthand experience of their own culture, and vice-versa. Having a local share with you his love for his or her country and eager to give you a taste of it is how I want to travel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Work with a community of Quechuas, in Ecuador for a university project aiming at improving the everyday life of an entire village using innovation methodologies. What moved me the most was the incredible generosity of people in such poverty.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I believe sharing experience is the goal of the couchsurfing community, and giving my impressions of the country to my host would be a good way to do it. Comparing it with what I already know, what I am used to, how it may be different from my country or the other ones I have visited.
Understanding my host's personal history and accompanying him to his favorites places in the city, favorite spots to relax, favorite restaurants, his/her own understanding and feeling of the city I am visiting... This is how I would picture a successful couchsurf! :)
