About Me

My name is Romain and i'm 35. I have been living in England for six months ant then at Tours in France for a year. Then i came to Paris to study art market and history of art. I found a job i like as an auctioner assistant for 8 years. But now I restart my studies in a Master of conservation of art.

I have been living in for differents roommates, in three differents places during many years. In Nowich (England), Tours and Paris. I loved that way to live. it make me meet a lot of people, enabled me to have goods contacts everywhere and to keep some very goods friends. Most important, i understood how it was necessary to live in a community and learn to share with indulgence and respect. It make me grew up in a way.

I liked my job because it's very exciting to be everyday front of something new. Something than i have never seen before and i don't understand. But i will have to bring together all my knowledges and do everything i can to know what it is. Realize what was the needs in the past help to see what are they now. History of art is for me the most beautiful way to understand what the human race can do to communicate.

I'm a curious personn and what i'm trying to do for my life is to find a discover everyday.

Meetings, sharing experiences and feelings are, for me reals opportunities that we have to learn and create by association.

I would like to learn to keep all the positives things i can cross to give more sens to my life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Last year was a good opportunity to travel for me. Go to meet people from others horizons is my priority. Couchsurfing seems to be the best way to understand and share ours differences and what we have in common. Live with locals peoples are certainly a good way to escape from the tourism office and mostly to see a city or a region by peoples those are live in there.

Now, like à lot of people, i'm stuck in France so i can host and give back what i received.
I like simple and authentics things. BUT i really hope to enjoy and share a traditional meal or something you like to eat! Try new food is one of the things who make me feel most ALIVE!

I could make discover Paris to differents people and be one of the differents views they can have from Paris.
