About Me

ABOUT ME

I am a 27 easy-going guy, liking traveling, sharing events and meeting new people.
I particularly love sailing and sharing this sport as I was sailing instructor !

I grew up in Brestown, the western city of Brittany, in the province called the "land of the end/beginning" (depends on which way you consider to go !)
First I moved to the peacefull and beautifull Loire Valley castles region for studies. Next, young graduate, I jumped overseas to live probably the best experience of my starting life: work and travel for 2 years in great North America where I discorved Couchsurfing.

I spent 1 crazy year in USA & 1 freezy year in Canada ! In US, motsly workbased in Pittsburgh PA, I got the "Let's Go Pens!" way of thinking as probably the "f*cking Pitt's dawntawn" speaking ! I also traveled a lot East to West between L.A. and Quebec city during my stay which ended by 2 months in Phoenix, Arizona, before to join freezy Kingston harbour on Ontario lake, in Canada !
An amazing experience working for the head of a big transportation canadian company which taugh me a lot, specialy on north american melting pot culture and way of life but also that I was missing probably the best: France, friends & family.

Back in France I plan to settle a bit to enjoy this dear home country full of wonders to discover too !...while I keep working in mind on the next experience abroad, for landscape trekking or maybe a journey over sea...

I recently moved to Rennes city for work after 6 months stop over in La Rochelle this nice and historical American gateway city where I also enjoyed to participate in crazy Chris CS events, specialy crepes party at his big amazing house with his funny roomates ! If you have a chance to stop over, join it !

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I will enjoy to host couchsrufers as soon as I will get a bit more space in my place.

For the moment I try to bring my 2 cents to the CS community by supporting the local(s) CSers and CS events, suggesting some and being present.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Have you ever woken up a morning and decided to go and catch this big Apple ball drop on time square ?

That how my first CS experience took place as also started my new american life.

Thanks to my CSers host I lived the New Year's eve from the top of roof of New York city buildings ! That was Crazy !

Since I have practiced a couple of different CS facets, from bed request to simple drinks and meeting events, in different places with different people, making each of these rich experiences different and an unique moment by the same way.

The constant daily increasing CS community (events and CSers) is just encouraging to move on new experiences, to continue to meet and share with people.

So I wish we have this chance to meet soon and share an amazing moment ! ;)

But a lot Many things to speak about ! Let's go out and we'll speak around coffee/beers ! ;)

Teach, Learn, Share

What kinds of skills or information could you share with someone? What would you like to learn?

I am probably better to find good places to eat than to cook complex meal ! But I usually prepare food, like to arrange something nice but not complex.

I am willing to discorve and taste regional specialities and I would be more than happy to share my Brittany region traditions too !
