Hello! I am a medical student at the Charles University in Prague. In the moment I am on Erasmus in beautiful city called Nîmes and I am discovering amazing places in France.

I can teach and share with you my knowledge about the whole-food plant-based diet, how to keep fit, how to exercise well (I am also trainer) or about medical topics (medicine is a huge part of my life). I also like to prepare most of food I eat so I can share with you some tips about food and something about cooking.
I would be glad if I can learn about more places, habits and languages of other countries.
