About Me
Hello everyone! My name is Roman, I'm studying economics in Russia, namely in St. Petersburg. This fall (2017) I participate in a student exchange in Lausanne University.
Now I've finished my exchange program in Lausanne and came back to Saint Petersburg.
In my city, St. Petersburg, I'm passion about creating projects. I've already organized several! Firstly, I have organized 16 educational events for Saint-Petersburg State University since 2015, with more than 1500 participants. Also, I start a new Business Case Club in St. Petersburg State University of Economics. At this moment, our club organized 6 events, with more than 300 participants. Moreover, I have put together 10 of the most talented and purposeful students of our city to create a strong management team, who is now able to operate without my intervention. Meetings with entrepreneurs encouraged me to start my project "www.tvoyprogress.ru". It helps students to develop their professional skills, no matter what their field of studies or preferences for the future career are.
So, as you can see, project managment is my passion : ) But it's not alone! I've got a lot of interests.
I've played the guitar for 3 years and I can't exist without it! Also, I really like russian literature, especially N. Gogol and F. Dostoevstiy as well as watching movies. Now I'm passion about making short movies about my trips!
As for my style of living, I'm a quiet person, loving cleanliness and order. Also, I more prefer exloring a city than sitting at home. So, I hope there will be no problems with me as a guest!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I really support the idea of sharing opportunities with each over. As I'm a student, I familiar with the problem, when I have time, but don't have money for travelling. And I think that CouchSurfing is a gorgeous project for tackling this issue!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Once, Klaus Schwab (founder of the World Economic Forum) spoke in Saint Petersburg. After presentation me and my friend dared to ask Mr. Scwab inviting us to World Economic Forum. And he has accepted it!
The story was ended in December 2017 then I received the answer that I can not participate in it. On the one hand, it's a bad news, but on the opposite it was a great experience for me!
