Overview
About Me
I am a young, excitable and inquisitive fellow from Germany. I'm open for new experiences that challenge me to grow beyond my limits and I love to learn from others.
That's why I'm fond of travelling and, in particular, the concept of Couchsurfing.
Last year, I graduated from school and started a Voluntary Year of Social Service at a local hospital in the field of nursing. Before I commence my studies at a university this fall, I wanted to take the chance to explore the beautiful continent that I am living on a little further.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I hope to meet people who inspire me, from whom I can learn, with whom I can develop a friendship, whom I can exchange ideas with, who share a sense of awe at the world or who I can have a fun time with.
I also believe that Couchsurfing is a great way to get to know the local culture more profoundly and intimately than it could be achieved with "regular" tourism.

Music, Movies, and Books
I, despite not looking the part, absolutely love Pop Punk. To name some bands: Greenday, blink-182, The Offspring, Sum 41, Simple Plan, Sugarcult, Good Charlotte, Yellowcard, Bowling For Soup, etc...
I watch movies of any genre as long as they entertain, excite or provoke thought. Oh, and I hate horror movies!
As for books: I like the Eragon series, F*** You Very Much by Danny Wallace, Harry Potter is a classic, Imagine by Jonah Lehrer, Dr. Hudson's Secret Journal and The Hunger Games, for instance.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I went skinny-dipping with three friends of mine in Lake Balaton in Hungary at night.
I'd do it again.
