Hi there! My name is Roman. I'm really happy to travel with couchsurfing, because meeting new people from different cultures is the best experience while travelling. I'm broadminded, cheerful, easygoing and friendly. By the age of 22 I have visited more than 10 countries and still can't stop travelling and exploring the world.

During my foreign semester in the University I used to study in Bilbao, Spain and lived there for 5 months. So I met great close friends from more than 30 countries and we are still in touch with them.

I like Radiohead and Coldplay music. Mostly I try to watch the main festival movies, but my favorite directors are Guy Ritchie and Quentin Tarantino. As for the books, I read a lot, the last ones were Jeremy Clarksons's The Top Gear Years and the Autobiography of Alex Ferguson;

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Talking about travelling, I joined an amazing snowmobile trip to Paanajarvi national park and celebrated the New Years Day there. We spent 4 days above the Arctic Circle without electricity, phones etc, and covered more than 100 km per day by the snowmobiles;

Teach, Learn, Share

Since I'm Russian, I can teach you how to drink vodka with a bear on the street and how to play balalaika in ushanka with babushka. I'm joking, I don't know how to play balalaika;
