I've been learning German for more than 10 years now but I've never had a good teacher and never had a chance to speak to anyone.
In terms of teaching I can offer some Czech-cooking lessons. Czech cuisine is delicious but tends to be pretty heavy - our "svíčková with dumplings" would kill someone on low-fat and/or low-carb diet :)
