well... i know a lot of special places in my city that u'd never find in travelers'-guides. Most beutiful parts, industrial parts, city ruins. i'm the biggest clubber in the past, and u be sure i know where to put the ass at night)) I also have worked as a fitter and i have an access onto many city roofs. I also have the estate agent job experience, so if it's a problem to settle at my place, we'll find one-family apartment for you for a price the same with a hostel
