Hey, hey!

We are the couple from Lviv, Ukraine.

We believe that Couchsurfing is something more than a resource for looking hosts. It is the way to find new friends from all over the world. If you want to spend your time funny and informative in our city - please let us know about you.

Except traveling, we are really like our jobs.
Diana is UI/UX designer. She creates a design for Web pages and Mobile apps.
Roma is iOS developer. He helps with business ideas and makes applications for iOS devices.

We are involved in the technology world and if you are interested in such topics we will have a lot to talk about :)

We love to share information about Ukraine and our native city. It is very sad that many people didn't hear about it and now it is time to fix this situation. Also, we are happy to know more about your country, city, and culture.

We are animals lovers and have our own pet. We took the cat from the street and now live together. Now, our cat is part of the family and we can't imagine our life without her :)

***** AS GUESTS *****

CS is a chance to meet a lot of friends and exchange cultural experience.
It's great that CS helps travelers to see the world through locals eyes. We believe in people kindness and want to help travelers to feel comfortable in our native city. Finally, the adventure is not only places but people who live in this place. That's why we always choose to travel with CS :)

We are really glad to spend time with our host. Usually, we bring some table games for good time spending. But, if you are busy or prefer don't spent much time together, we totally understand and will not be annoying.
We are flexible and try to fit any schedule you have. We are always ready to wake up in the early morning and come very late.

Usually, we try to bring something from Ukraine for our host, so if you need something specific - please ask us, otherwise, it will be some kind of surprise :)

We would be happy to stay in touch after staying and someday host you in our city.

***** AS HOST *****

We usually try to spend some time with our guests even if it is a working day. We can make a tour around our city on weekends or just have a nice conversation in the evening on weekdays after work.

We believe in good things in this life. CS helps us to meet new interesting persons from over the world, but there are also a lot of people who are looking for just a sleeping place and consider us as a hostel. We strongly against such way of staying, so here are a few things before sending a request to us:

- Please, host somebody in your city. It is optional, but it would be great if you have some references from other surfers. We like both sides of CS. :)

- Travelers from far away are preferable. We host people from all countries, but we believe that it is more rightly to help people who have a more complicated trip.

- We don't host travelers who stay more than 3 nights.

- We try to accept all who need staying, so there is a chance you can meet other surfers in our apartment. :)

- We don't have a spare key for our guests, sorry. We need to go out together on weekdays when it is working time. Thanks for understanding.

In any cases, please write to us and we would happy to help. :)

Also, we are very happy when guests bring something from their countries: postcard, magnet etc. We are such people who collect memories in different things :)

Important! Please, start your request with the word 'Raccoon', so we will be able to detect if you read information about us. All requests without this key-word will be declined. Sorry, but we think you should know people with who you want to stay :)
