Hello world!

I'm Romane :) Life-lover, eternal optimist, outdoor explorer, happy little human on Earth!

I'm currently doing a 1-year world tour! I've been living in Australia for the past 9 months and decided that I wanted to see more, so here I am!

My itinerary includes: New York, Canada, Indonesia, Myanmar, Laos, Thailand, Vietnam, Philippines, New Zealand, Japan, China, Hawai, Peru, Bolivia, Chile and Argentina. However, my travel plans never work out the way I thought they would so it all can change!

I'm a very out-going, happy and positive person! Very curious too! I always want to learn new things, discover new places, meet new people, try new experiences... I guess that's the reason why I'm travelling!

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

There's a quote I love that says "It's not the places. I think. It's the people". And I so much agree with that! I love travelling because I get to meet, talk, share moments with so many people. I believe everyone has something to teach me about life. And that's why I'm on Couchsurfing: because when I visit a place, I want to see it from a local perspective, not a tourist one!

Intereses

I love wandering in the cities with no special purpose other than to discover, being outside, trying new activities, learning everyday! I also like to read, to write and to pretend I'm a singer when I have my headphones!
