ABOUT ME

My name is Romane, I am 20 years old and I study applied foreign languages.

I can speak english and german a bit. I really enjoy knowing more about the different languages and cultures. This certainly explains why I chose to study foreign languages :)

I really want to share with people of different country and couchsurfing is for me the most human way to get to know people while travelling.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I spent a whole week in Berlin with 3 friends in a huge flat last summer. The 6 german students who were living there welcomed us in such a warmly way. They did not know us at all and automatically trusted us. They explained us how they were living, what they were doing during the day, what they were interested in etc. Some of them showed us the places to go, where german students were used to hang out. It was a beautiful experience and it touched me to see the natural solidarity of some people. I am looking for the same kind of experience again :)

Interests

I like singing a lot, having a glass of white wine in town when the sun is shinning, playing tennis sometimes, sharing interests with people and discovering how they live and the way they think..
