I decided to take the last few years to travel and see many interesting parts of the world and have many different experiences. I tend to travel slowly and often volunteer or work in places in order to get to know them better. Since I am self-employed (work from my computer) I can travel freely as long as I want for the time being. I am on my current trip since January 2017 and some memorable experiences are teaching at a school in South Africa, riding a bicycle through East Africa, and hiking in the Caucus mountains.

I enjoy meeting people from all over the world with different viewpoints and sharing a drink or just conversation.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The people I've met through couchsurfing are almost always amazingly generous and interesting. I love to meet locals and get immersed in local culture. When my travels are finished and I actually have a place to live then I would love to host.

Interests

All the outdoor things and of course and meeting wonderful and interesting people from all over the world. Learning about the history and intricacies of different cultures. Music, playing sports, chess, surf... so many things really.
