Hello, my name is Roman Russo and I am the author of Optimal Happiness (www.optimalhappiness.com). I write this not to brag, but to say that I am a human being, someone who you can find on internet, which means that now you know more about me than me about you, haha.

I believe in a balanced life, meaning that to be good, normal, and happy person you need to do all of the necessary activities in moderation: work on your health, social life, making money, spiritual pursuit, seeking own life purpose, and so on, all in moderation.

Also, something people forget to do / don't give enough weight to is to spend time meeting new people. I mean, there are many cool people out there in the world, who can become important contacts for us in the future, be that as a friend, business partner, or in any other fashion. This is why, personally, I like to 50% of time of my time with my current friends and 50% making new friends. So far this has worked out for me great.

This is also why I decided to join again couchsurfing and offer my bed in the center of Amsterdam, since I have a possibility to do it and I know that you (future superstars) will appreciate this as well.

My perfect day starts with some work, actually. I rather just get it out of the way so I can enjoy the rest of the day. In the mornings, I am the most productive and focused, but this is not so much the case in the afternoon, when I just want to do anything else but watch the screen, including going to the gym, lie on the sun, go to a movie, meet friends, etc.
