Overview
About Me
My name is Mina. I'm 31 and I live in Buenos Aires, Argentina with my husband, Pablo and my two cats Angus and Jimi.
I really enjoy music, reading and hanging out with my friends.
I'm an English private teacher and I have the privilege to know interesting people and learn from them too.
English has always been a very important part of my life. Studying a language has opened my mind in a way that made me want to travel, meet new people and their culture and feel that I'm part of something bigger and beautiful. There's so much to see and learn from this world!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm on Couchsurfing because I'm planning my first travel alone to Scotland and a friend recommended this amazing site to me, so this will be the first time I'll be doing CS and I'm looking forward to meeting new people and listening to their stories.
I'd love to become a host but unfortunately I can't convince my husband (yet).

Music, Movies, and Books
I love listening to rock bands from the 70's to 90's like Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, AC-DC, Jimi Hendrix, Whitesnake and the list goes on.
I´m totally into books. Especially British literature. I read Jane Austen's and Charles Dickens' novels, the Harry Potter saga and a hundred more, but those are my favourite ones.
I love movies I used to watch 10 years ago or more, and I still watch them every single time they're on TV like, Jurassic Park, Lion The professional, The Fifth Element, Pride and prejudice, Back to the Future, Eternal sunshine od a spotless mind, The Godfather... those from the 80's , 90´s and early 2000.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I've watched the sunrise from the Pico do Papagaio, a little mountain in Ilha Grande, Brazil. I went up nearly 1000 metres to see the most spectacular landscape in my life and I also learnt that I should do more exercise, because I felt I was diyng when I reached the peak.
Teach, Learn, Share
Well, I'm a teacher, I could teach you some Spanish, but I'm also a learner. I want to learn as much as I can from everyone and every place I visit.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can offer good conversations and all my attention, I really love listening to stories about the people and places I visit. I can also cook, tidy and clean, it's a good way to show your appreciation and respect to your host.
