About Me

Currently trying to figure out how to live courageously! 🌷

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Because I've heard so much about it and all the beautiful possibilities of connection it harbors. I want to experience the world and give that opportunity to everyone I can, too!

Music, Literature, Philosophy, Spirituality, Painting, Languages and Culture, different perspectives in, on and about the universe we find ourselves in. I love to listen and learn about new topics! I'm pretty sure, there's not much I'm not interested in....

Music, Movies, and Books

I love all kinds of music, from r'n'b to funk, soul, jazz, all the way to disco, house and techno, as well as latin music, bossa nova, salsa cubana y todo entremedio...

In terms of books, due to my studies of culture and literature, I've read a lot of the classic stuff, especially antique Greek dramas (spoiler: everyone dies). I'm currently getting more into hispano-american literature, currently reading "Los Ríos Profundos" by José Maria Arguedos and "Cien Años de Soledad" by Gabriél García Márquez.

I'm really into a lot of different genres of film and also different kinds of media and entertainment, including theater and concerts, too. A really nice memory was seeing 'La Traviata' by Giuseppe Verdi.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Best thing was seeing the milky way clearly, right above my head when I was in Argentina, on our way to my dad's childhood home. A place and memory I will always carry in my heart.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think keeping the mind and heart open is one of our many purposes in this life and the best way to achieve and fully live up to our potential is to learn and to share experiences (and sometimes also to make mistakes - part of the deal, no?)

What I Can Share with Hosts

An ear, a hand and a lot of enthusiasm and really really bad jokes. I can show you a little dance, called the "Entchentanz" 🐥, which (my thesis) fits every kind of music.

Countries I’ve Visited

Argentina, England, Estonia, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain

Countries I’ve Lived In

Germany, Italy
