Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I enjoy meeting new people, especially those who are interesting enough to want to spend some nights on a stranger's couch or friendly enough to let a stranger stay on theirs. I've met some awesome people through this, and am keen to meet many more..
Also to learn about their country and culture and hopefully help them out in any way I can. I've never had anything but positive experiences with couchsurfing.
Furthermore, it just shows the power of conversation. So many people crave conversation and couchsurfing is a way to truly expand your horizons at the cost of a few words and thoughts shared.
