I'm a 21-year-old architecture student from Holland. I travelled a lot through Europe and have been travelling on year through Australia and New Zealand. Nowadays I just do smaller trips to friends I've met travelling.
My ambition is to find work abroad when I graduate so I can keep seeing different parts of the world.
I'm always very enthousiastic and interested in doing things. I'm not so much of a sightseeer, although I do have a weakness for cool architectural and urban projects. The best thing of travelling is when I can join someone to do one of his hobbies, meet his friends and drink a beer.

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

I'm couchsurfing because I believe that's the way you get out of the tourist stream and you easier get in touch with somebody that lives in the city. Which way you get to experience life in the city more, meet friends and have fun in the short time you're there.
I also hitchhike a lot and that's somewhat similar in meeting people and sharing goodwill.

Centres d'intérêt

I love music, art and sport... Yes I know. Almost everything. You can challenge me to try everything probably.
But what have I tried so far? I played football for nine years, I played guitar for 4 years, I played rugby and boxing for some weeks but got injured both times pretty quick :). I'm designing houses and neighbourhoods for my studies. Therefor I draw and experiment with shapes and structures. I'm taking lessons to get my motorcycle licence.
The thing you can wake me up for in the middle of the night is something that gets the adrenaline going. Like freediving or something that you can only do when you completely give in to it.

Une aventure extraordinaire que j'ai vécue

The 3th of June 2015 I've participated in a rowing marathon. I rowed in a boat with seven other people. We rowed 100 km in 8 hours and 49 minutes with only one break of an hour, which made us 6th of all the 145 contesters and 3th in our category! Never touched a boat before 2015.

And participating in the San Fermin 2012! That's the famous festival in Pamplona where people try to get run over by seven bulls :D

Working, hithhiking, meeting, surfing, getting, giving, driving, tramping Australia and New Zealand for 9 months. First time out of the house for so long.
