I'm a marketing student from Helsinki. I'm kind of out-going, love good conversations and learning to know new people, but also enjoy quiet evenings, cooking at home with a few friends and shared silent moments.

I enjoy going to concerts and festivals with my friends, but partying till morning is not really my thing. Well, maybe once or twice a year...

Also, I'm always willing to try something new and exciting and unusual. Life philosophy: Carpe diem, fuckers.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm a low-budget-traveler. I want to see everything, all the places and people and cultures, but as I'm a student, I'm always a little bit broke and I guess someone would say I use too much money on travelling, but I think travelling is the best way to invest one's money because memories are more valuable than any amount of money. That's why I need couches to sleep on and want to offer my own to like-minded people.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like folk music, I must admit, I'm a folk girl, but I also listen to other genres, I'm not very picky. Metal is the only slight no-no. Mumford & Sons is one of my favorite bands but I also like Eminem, Creedence, Billy Joel, AC/DC and Norah Jones.

My favorite movies include Breakfast at Tiffany's, Reservoir Dogs, Amelie, Die Hard and Titanic.

Some of my favorite books: The Picture of Dorian Gray, Mrs Dalloway, Bleak House, The Lord of the Rings...
