Well, I'm Ronnel (on the right). I'm a PhD student working on James Baldwin at l'Université Paris Diderot - Paris 7.

I would like to travel to as many places as possible during my time in Europe. I would love to meet people along the way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

There is nothing more important in our societies than the well-being of the individual. We are indeed a global society. I aim to learn as much as possible about the human condition and share what I've learned as much as I can.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

When I was 15 I met a Swedish kid named Thomas in a music chat room. Two years later we had become best friends and I decided to visit him. I traveled 8 hours to a foreign land to meet someone I only knew from letters (snail mail) and videos we sent each other (again via snail mail). I had the best time and I picked up a little Swedish.
