Worked as a journalist for 2 years in Ireland. Moved to Korea recently to work as an English teacher. I like changing things up every few years. I don't think I'll ever have a "job for life". I just want to keep moving, keep growing, keep finding out more about the big picture!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Cycled across France and through parts of Germany, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Belgium. Took almost 3 months. Me and my tent. Every day was amazing. I can still smell the adventure in the air when I think about it!!

We're all really the same deep down. There's a core to us all that feels the same. It's reminds me of the only science experiment I remember from school. They were trying to identify if there was a solid nucleas at the centre of an atom. Electrons are fired at atoms, most pass straight through, but one electron in a few hundred thousand would bounce back. It was because it hit the core of the atom. Well, a lot of things are fired at humans too. Jealousy, exams, subscription forms, flirts, cottage cheese... but only a few things strike the core and bounce back. The really important things like love, hope, hate, laughter, honesty, empathy... they bounce back. And then you see that your core is the same as theirs. The same things resonate. And you see people you don't like in a new light, and realize they're trying too.
