COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have enjoyed a few travellers I met on my journeys who came to stay with me when they were passing through my hometown. It was a lot of fun, and interesting, getting to know people better.
And I helped my friend host some couchsurfers from this site this year and all of them were really nice people, who I felt very comfortable and happy with. All people I'm glad I had the opportunity to meet and spend time with.

Music, I love so much music and have very varied taste.

Forever Young by Bob Dylan is one of my favourite songs, and I fantasize about that playing at my funeral. Just as a celebration of how I have always tried to live and how I encourage others to live.

Vipassana meditation course - ten days at a silent retreat. 11 hours a day meditating, up at 4am every day. No talking, no eye contact, no reading, no writing, no praying or affirmations, no meals after 11.30am, just fruit at 5pm.

It was the most amazing experience. It totally sorted me out. Everything I had ever felt confused about stopped being confusing. That was 3 months ago, and these three months since I have loved life more than ever.
