Hi! my name Roosa

Lately I use a lot of my freetime to run a instagram account that promotes better understanding of childhood neglect, independence and self-compassion. I think those topics rotate much around my head!

As a visual art student I liked to create, for this instagram channel I like to make a youtube channel: edit videos, speak about something that I find important, make cool designs - yep thats what I like now

If I am not doing that I practise the subtle skill of:

~relaxing and enjoying life instead of achieving~

How I do this:

- meditate/breath work/walking
- watch series like Steven Universe, How I met your mother
- laying in bed and making pillow castles, eating Lokum
- do crafts, cutting paper, drawing, stickers
- being silly with friends

About travels:

I been traveling first time in my life more now the last 3-years. I Lived in Hungary, Spain and Thailand.
