roots reggae is tops but all music has the potential of possibility because it just hits you! peyote songs work wonders.
i read any and all i can about natural healing and herbs and weeds that cure. also love to read about the cultures i have yet to experience, but some day hope to.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

working with a sled-dog team as the dog-handler, and mushing them in the sierra nevada mtns. or how about re-gained the ability to make a fist and do pushups after having not had that ability for close to 2 years due to rheumatoid arthritis.
