About Me
Hi! I'm a 23 year old Australian guy who finishes University in September, and is planning on travelling around South America for up to 6 months in 2018 depending on whether I get teaching work.
I love hiking, adventuring and swimming in new locations, which is a big part of why I am visiting South and Central America. That being said I definitely am not afraid of a party, and absolutely love being social, cracking jokes, having a drink and meeting new people wherever I can!
I am an outgoing person, and more than anything else I am going on this journey to make new friends, and I would absolutely love if you became one of them.
I am also a qualified English teacher, so depending on how good your English is I'm more than happy to tutor you for free if you would like. I am extremely clean and courteous, and whilst staying with couch-surfing hosts I will always clean up after myself, provide food and drink for the household and just generally show my appreciation for your generosity and kindness. I will also bring a copy of my ID (with serial numbers blacked out haha) to every new host as a trust gainer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
This will be my first major overseas trip (longer than 2-3 weeks) and I will be travelling solo, so am super keen to expand my horizons and immerse myself in a culture completely different to the one I grew up in, and would love a little local knowledge, friendship and guidance along the way.
Furthermore, once I have returned from my travels and am settled back in Australia, I plan to become a regular couchsurfing host :)

My Spanish is very, very limited, but I would love to learn from a native speaker.
