I am a Dutch girl studying in exciting, beautiful Ghent Belgium. As architecture student I like to dive into other cultures and learn about their way of living, always excited to see new places! I used to host quite a lot, but moving out of the student house and start living together in with my partner Sam, we do not have enough space anymmore to host people, unfortunatelly. The couple of pet birds in our living room will make it not the ideal sleeping situation, You are still welcome, but you risk the screams of our lovely birds. If I am in Ghent or The Hague you can alsways send me a message and i will show you around.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to meet new interesting people and learn more about the city. I love traveling and a place to crash is always nice.

Interests

I dance Lindy Hop, jazz swing, with my partner Sam. We are still beginners, but are eager to dance again if covid allows :). Love architecture, art, photography, traveling obviously and many more things that I can all tell you about when we meet up while couchsurfing.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like new wave, funky beats, indie pop, alternatif, techno, reggae and a little bit of every genre. i like going to concerts and festivals. I am not much of a reader, I am the kind of person that buys a book because it has nice pictures. Oh and I love Disney movies.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Build together with a fierce group of architecture students an Five meter high pizza oven out of circular materials.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my love for beer, food and music. If you dont know how to bike, I can teach you! I will always share my hospitallity and if your lucky my amazing pie baking skills.
