Hi there!

My parter Florian and I will be your hosts im our flat in Marburg and we are sometimes traveling and couchsurfing together. I study medicine, he is working and studying to become a therapist. Florian is an exeptional cook, you'll be lucky if you get the chance to be invited to his table.

I myself like good food, nature, science, politics, animals and adventures. In my freetime I enjoy a walk or run in the close-by forest, going for a swim, yoga and taking care of my houseplants. An other hobby of mine is finding food in nature, I love picking berries, leaves, herbs, mushrooms etc.

I had a few bad experinces with male couchsurfers behaving inappropriately. Please notice that I am only looking for a place to sleep and good company, nothing else. And if you are staying at my place: I have absolutely no problem kicking you out of my apartment if you can't manage to be polite and respect my privacy.

We are quite busy with studying/working/hobbys, so we can't always host. I prefere to host when I have some time to get to know you a bit. But don't hesitate to send me a request, I'll let you know as soon as possible whether the dates suit. :)

Solo traveling women* are very welcome at my place. Also, if you feel unsave with a host/sleeping arrangement I will be glad to help out sponatneously (regardless of your gender)!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am touched by the trust between strangers and support the concept of a sharing economy. As a host I like to offer a place where you can feel save and get a good rest, since that's something I myself always appreciate when traveling.

As a traveler you are very welcome to join my meals and plans for the day. If we have time I enjoy taking guests on a walk up the mountain and show them the best views.

I like to learn about different people's political opinions and generally enjoy talking/listening. I also love to learn new vegetarian recipes from all over the world.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can cook some german family recipes for you (or indian currys if you prefer that). As a guest I will do my best to adapt to your shedule and plans.
