About me: My aim is to appreciate life as much as possible, be a good ancestor and leave this earth a better place than I found it. I am just over halfway through a 5-year degree in law and public policy- focusing on environmental policy. I live in New Zealand but am taking a gap year to meet amazing people and explore the world. For the past 6 months, I have been working in environmental policy and before that, I worked as a residential assistant at my university. I would love to meet people of all ages from across the world. I speak English fluently, I will get by in French but may be lost in some more niche topics and I also know Sign Language.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My parents are big travel lovers, so growing up we had amazing experiences hosting travellers at our house. Couch surfing is such an incredible way of making connections you never would otherwise, going on adventures and getting immersed in the local culture. When I am no longer a student I cam very keen to host! I have been making some events while travelling to try to contribute to the community and have amazing experiences.
