ABOUT ME

I'm an art history student studying in the neighborhood of Trastevere in Rome, Italy. I live on my own with my cat, Ophelia. I'm originally from Los Angeles, California and love the contemporary art scene. When I'm not too busy with school work, I like to go to museums and art galleries. I'm interested in meeting people from outside the U.S. I love learning about different cultures. I've also taken over 10 art courses about Rome, so I'm full of information about the city from it's Ancient Roman history to it's art historical importance over the centuries including the contemporary.

Intereses

I spend a lot of my time reading- mostly for school, but for pleasure as well. I like to ride my bike around Rome and hang out at friends houses. I also enjoy playing guitar and ukulele. And of course, playing with my kitten, Fee. I'm constantly having visitors over and it's fun for me to host.

My absolute favorite book is Tender is the Night by F. Scott Fitzgerald. Pride and Prejudice (Austen) and East of Eden (Steinbeck) make the top three.

I listen to almost every genre of music. I'm a big fan of Mumford, the Avett Brothers, Dylan, and Billie Holiday in addition to many others.

If you haven't see His Girl Friday with Cary Grant, you're missing out on one of the funniest comedies.
